東海大学建学祭にて、観光学部・遠藤ゼミの学生による釜石の紹介展示が行われました！
その中では、今年度6月と10月に箱崎白浜地区を訪れ、地域の方々との交流を深める中で学んだことや、地域が抱える課題について、学生の視点で見つめ直した内容が紹介されました。
At Tokai University’s school Festival, students from the Faculty of Tourism, Endo Seminar, held an exhibition introducing Kamaishi.
The exhibition featured insights gained from visits to the Hakozaki-Shirahama area in June and October this year, highlighting what the students learned through interaction with local residents. It also presented the challenges facing the community, reexamined from the students’ own perspectives.
東海大学観光学部・遠藤ゼミ 釜石の展示会を実施
当日は「釜石の魅力を伝える展示」「郷土料理ひっつみ汁の提供」「釜石特産品の販売」の3つのセクションに分かれて展開。
御箱崎の宿にて女将より教わった「ひっつみ汁」を、学生たちが実際に調理し提供する場面もあり、会場は終始にぎわいを見せました。ご来場していただいた多くの方々に釜石の味と魅力を楽しんでいただいた、充実した3日間となりました。
The event was organized into three sections: an exhibition showcasing the attractions of Kamaishi, the serving of Hittsumi-jiru, a traditional local soup, and the sale of Kamaishi specialty products.
Students prepared and served Hittsumi-jiru themselves, based on a recipe taught by the okami of Ohakozaki no Yado. The venue remained lively throughout the event, and over the course of three fulfilling days, many visitors enjoyed the flavors and unique appeal of Kamaishi.
