フランスの出版社 Viatao が発行する、持続可能な観光をテーマにしたガイドブック 「Guide Tao – Japon, un voyage écolo et éthique」（2022年1月刊）に、「御箱崎の宿」 および 「みちのく潮風トレイル」 が紹介されました！

We were introduced in “Guide Tao – Japon, un voyage écolo et éthique” (published in January 2022), a travel guide focused on sustainable tourism, issued by the French publisher Viatao.

御箱崎の宿
かつて保育園として使われていた建物を、持続可能な素材と家具にこだわってリノベーションした宿泊施設です。現在は、4ベッドの美しい相部屋が2室あり、共有スペースも充実しています。
宿は三陸復興国立公園の境界に位置し、風情ある漁師町・箱崎白浜にあります。地元産の食材を使った食事も楽しめます。
Ohakozaki no Yado
This accommodation was renovated from a former nursery school, with a focus on using sustainable materials and furniture. It now features two beautiful shared rooms with four beds each, along with comfortable and well-equipped common spaces.
The inn is located on the edge of the Sanriku Fukko National Park, in the charming fishing village of Hakozaki-Shirahama. Guests can also enjoy meals prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

 

みちのく潮風トレイル
北は八戸、南は相馬まで―この長大なトレッキングルートは、東北地方の太平洋沿岸を南北に400km以上にわたって結んでいます。全体は22のセクションに分かれており、2011年の東日本大震災を受けて、津波によって甚大な被害を受けた沿岸地域の「再生」を象徴的に支援する目的で整備されました。
Michinoku Coastal Trail
Spanning more than 400 kilometers along the Pacific coast of Japan’s Tōhoku region—from Hachinohe in the north to Sōma in the south—the trail offers a journey through landscapes shaped by both nature and resilience. Created after the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake, it was designed to support and symbolize the recovery of coastal communities devastated by the tsunami.
